JUNIOR VICE-COMMANDANT shall create and promulgate such membership incentives and programs as will produce enthusiastic response resulting in continuous membership growth. In the absence or illness of the Commandant and Senior Vice-Commandant he/she shall perform the duties of that office. He/she shall be the Chairman of the Membership Committee. He/she shall perform such other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the parliamentary authority adopted by the Detachment. He/she shall surrender all books, records and properties of the Detachment to the duly elected successor.
